Your Main Responsibilities • Manage and scale strategic Beauty and Cosmetics brand partners and distributors in Saudi Arabia. • Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential beauty brands and sellers aligned with marketplace priorities. • Own account performance and identify key levers to drive GMV growth, assortment expansion, and overall commercial results. • Build strong, long-term relationships with key beauty brand principals and lead high-level commercial negotiations. • Identify assortment and trending product gaps using beauty market trends and competitor insights. • Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns with key beauty partners. • Collaborate closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support sustainable partner growth.
