By using ApplyWork you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
- ApplyWork is a career platform that helps you find jobs, tailor your CV and apply on your instructions, and lets companies and recruiters manage hiring.
- The platform is currently an invite-only beta and features may change.
2. Your account
- Information you provide must be true and accurate. You are responsible for your CV and everything sent on your behalf.
- Sharing your account or using it for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
3. Applying on your behalf
- We only apply to jobs that match your preferences, in the mode you choose (automatic or with approval).
- We never store your passwords for other sites. On CAPTCHA, OTP or Nafath we stop and ask you to complete the step.
- We don't guarantee a job or interview — hiring decisions belong to employers.
4. Acceptable use
- No fake information, impersonation, abuse of the platform or attempts to breach it.
- Companies must not post fake jobs or charge applicants fees.
5. Subscriptions and payment
- Prices and terms are shown clearly before payment. Consumers may cancel within 7 days under the E-Commerce Law unless the service has been used.

6. Intellectual property
- Your data and content remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer
- Regulatory and guidance information on the platform is general and not legal advice.
- We use reasonable care to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Suspension and termination
- You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Saudi courts have jurisdiction.
