End of the 2026 Midday Sun Work Ban Period
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the National Council for Occupational Safety and Health announced the end of the 2026 period for the private-sector ban on work under direct sunlight. The ban applied from 15 June to 15 September, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, to protect workers from direct sun exposure and high-temperature risks.
